The Kodiak 900 expands on the proven capabilities of the Kodiak 100 with a longer cabin, more passenger and cargo space, a higher cruise speed of 210 KTAS, and enhanced comfort features. While the Kodiak 100 is optimized for maximum utility and backcountry operations, the Kodiak 900 adds speed, range, and refinement without sacrificing the versatility that defines the Kodiak family.

The Kodiak 100 cruises at up to 183 KTAS, while the Kodiak 900 reaches a maximum cruise speed of 210 KTAS. The increase in speed is largely driven by the Kodiak 900’s Pratt & Whitney PT6A-140A engine, which delivers 900 shp and enables greater cruise performance.

With a maximum range of up to 1,129 nautical miles, the Kodiak 900 can connect distant destinations while maintaining impressive operational flexibility. Flying at an economical cruise speed of 156 KTAS, it can remain airborne for approximately 6.8 hours, including a 45-minute reserve. 

For missions requiring extended loiter time, the aircraft can stay aloft for up to 9.2 hours under maximum-endurance conditions, optimized for fuel efficiency rather than speed.

With seating for up to 9 passengers plus 1 pilot, the Kodiak family combines capacity and versatility. Flexible cabin configurations allow operators to optimize the aircraft for executive travel, adventure flights, cargo transport, or mission-specific operations.

With a useful load of up to 3,530 lb (1,601 kg), the Kodiak 900 can carry a substantial combination of passengers, baggage, cargo, and mission equipment while maintaining excellent performance from remote and unimproved airstrips.
