The Kodiak also continues to serve the purpose for which it originally was designed: providing the airlift of supplies, emergency services and disaster relief to some of the planet’s most remote regions.
Unique to the Kodiak is its “discontinuous leading edge” wing design, giving the aircraft excellent handing qualities throughout all flight regimes and protection against aerodynamic stalls and spins - including at low speeds and while maneuvering.
